TVB on Eurobird 9E

Apparently TVB have lauched a 5 channel package on Eurobird 9E from 12 Jun uplinked from Turin and according to Lyngsat, currently FTA (who knows for how long) Anyone had a chance to pick it up and on what dish size? Footprint maps indicate 60cm should be adequate, but I havent noticed this sat before in my travels. It is…

It is mostly Cantonese before you get too excited, but for any Cantonese speakers (about 500,000 in the footprint) this is particularly exciting as it is one of the only Cantonese channels beamed in to Europe.

Hi wil,

I get these channels on 9E easily on a 1M dish; quality 79/80%. In fact, they appeared at 69% when I did a blind scan of 10E so a smaller dish than 1M should be no problem.
