    ah nothing major...the shop i got the hardtail from does second hand ones for fairly decent money so ill see what comes in to them...400 notes second hand gets you a pretty decent road bike these days..

    On call so trained at home..first time barbell benching in about 4 weeks i guess cause of the wrist. it felt ok still not 100% Chins are gone very weak must do more

    7.2k in 36 minutes....this wasnt the instant death i thought it was going to be....i reckon a 10k isnt far off....

    after wards my running partner pointed out that ive reached the stage were anything under a 5k isnt worth getting off the couch for.... im not sure whether to be happy or saddened by that...

    i bet you i can cycle 20k on my dh bike quicker than you can on your road bike, dh bike has , 200 mm travel on the front and back and weighs 43 ish pounds atm :P

    5k run...24 minutes...
    30 minutes of swimming

    weight on the scales 89.5kg this morning...my lack of time in the gym is starting to annoy me..i know im doing alot more cardio but id still like to be getting in some time with the weights...

    ill have to see what my runners are doing im due to do a 6k tomorrow and an 8k sunday....maybe ul saturday???

    erm

    right ran the the newport 10k today...only decided to run it this morning

    time 1hr 4 min in horrible heat. the course was fairly hilly as well. overall im happy was meant to do 8k in training today so to go the distance was an extra! plan now is to do faster 4 to 5ks coing up to the realy in cork on 7th june...

    i also feel i should start logging in A/T/R instead of here :P

    was mean to hit the weight room after but didnt have time....i need more hours in my day
