    91.5kg...6kg drop and only loss of strenght seems to be in my squat....which is coming around nicely...my weight loss has stalled at the mo but im sure it will get moving again soon...89kg is the target

    happy days!!! weighed in at 91.5kg this am and hit a new pb im well happy with this!!! i know in the past 3 months i havent put on huge amounts to my lifts..but im down 6kg in bodyweight which is an even bigger achievement for me!!! im going to cut another 10-15g of carbs from my diet now again and push for under 90

    Oh ya!!!! 140 baby!! i acutally failed it once then swore i wasnt leaving the gym till i got it! i was suprised the second time it flew up there is def more there next time i come round to rack lock outs... flew through the rest of the session cause i was in hurry loads too do... i need an assistant... or a wife...or an army or something...

    right the past few days have been a mess...

    i was on a course with work diet and sleep has been all over the place...failed a 180 deadlift on friday and a 155 squat this morning. Was doing push presses this am also and the bar went behind me and stupid me fought it and cause some major discomfort to myself in the process...im away to london in a few hours so no training again till friday id say. all in all a bad week for thr drifters training :(

    Hey man havnt been keepen track of this cause id my exams the last month or so...good stuff on the training, howd u do the weight loss so fast while getting stronger?? magic water? :D seriously though what you doing diet wise, cutting carbs? thinking of doing the same. crazy how weak your rack lockout is compared to your deadlift aint it mine is pretty much the same maybe deadlift 10 kilos more or so....Benched 115 a month ago not exactly comp style eg no pause an bounced a lil but 110 wuld be there properly id say.

    am...that rack lock out was bench lad :) my deadlift from the pins is now over 200kg!! i cut carbs by 50g and kept my diet really strict im going to cut another 10-15g when i get back from london

    thats good benching lad...are you training the whole time?

    hey lads/ladies quick update ive been training just not as much as id like im up the walls at the min but ive been assured i should be able to get back to decent training again after friday..im planning to start a 3 day a week westside style cycle on monday...on and 90.5kg on the scales on sunday morning
