Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    hi all,

have a couple of laptops and a few desktops in the house atm and i consider myself to ave a bit of knowledge having built all the desktops myself, but this is still a quite a noob question.

one of the laptops is my brothers, a Dell Inspiron 6400. anyways, it came with vista and he asked me to put xp on it nstead. i ave put xp on my wn 2 laptops, one for djing one for general use, and both worked perfect. both are fujitsu siemens esprimos.

to find all the drivers i need was a doddle, their website had a zip file cntaining all required.

it was a bit more dodgy for the dell sstem, their site is ridiculously overcrowded with various drivers.

anyways, i cant get the wifi on the dell laptop to turn on. as far as i can tell the drivers are installed. but im nt sure.

im a nub when it comes to drivers on laptops.

can somene please advise if its a wifi driver, or maybe a keyboard driver for the shortcut or something?!

    cheers folks

Download the dell quickset utility and see if that fixes it.
