havent had it sexed yet, getting that done during the week or next week. the petshop offered to do it which was sound! i havent seen any swelling but it has put on weight in the last few months. it has been 5 or 6 weeks since it ate. it done a perfect skin shed 2 weeks ago and i was suprised when it didnt eat straight away.

i was away for the last week.
anyways. i got the snake sexed and he is a male. the guy in the shop said he is a nice size for a 2 year old costal carpet and is very tame and a beautiful snake!!!! that made my week!!!!!
that afternoon the snake ate 4 chicks but i still can not get him to eat a rat. not even a small 1.

is it possible that he just doesnt like rats?? im going to try the chicken broth trick in a few days

ill look at the links you guys posted now thanks for all your help!
