Product severly damaged in unopened packaging??

    Can anyone tell me where I stand on this one.

    Product was unopened when I purchased but noticed that it was severly damaged when opened!!
    Even though there was no damage on the packaging.


    Can I return for refund/Exchange ???

    Yes, it was not fit for the purpose in which it was purchased.
    Just return it and explain to the shop and all should be well, but make sure you check the new product in the shop.

    Make sure you bring it back to the shop ASAP though. The longer you leave it, the harder it will be to prove you didn't cause the damage yourself.
