Same problem here; going to try a few things and ring them if no joy.

There were a good few NTL vans and crews around my estate yesterday morning so I've been told; they must have been doing work on something or other.

Mine keeps disconnecting every so often, which hasn't happened before. I reset the modem and it comes back. This has been going on for the last few days.
