Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Error when installing Microsoft Web Developer 2008!

    Hi,

    Been trying to install Microsoft Visual Web Developer 2008 Express Edition the last couple of days but everytime i get to the end of the setup it fails saying some component cannot be downloaded and that it will create a desktop shortcut so i can start the setup again at a later stage.

    This was 3 days ago and its still failing. I've obviously tried downloading the .exe file again but still doesn't work! :mad:

    Does anybody have any idea why it won't install?

    What component is failing.. Usually there will be a log file created in either %temp% or %system%
