I know its not much but i would check out the best Rogues on your server.

Find out if they are PvP or PvE, normaly a quick look at their gear should tell you this. After that i would look at their talents and studie them.

WoW added that function on one of their patches were u can look at friendly toons talent builds.

Combat spec for PvE, shadow step for PvP. Rogues are hard

    Hard to play?
Because I know for a fact they are fúcking rock hard to beat as a mage (with pretty poor gear).

Ya in PvP they are hard to kill, Im hunter but with BM spec i can kill rogues. If i was MM spec which is more PvP spec for hunter i would get crushed by the rogue.

A good Rogue with a Healing druid will go far.

I'm reasonably sure it was sarcasm.

Sword spec. 2 Swords (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=29108 and the other 58 quested sword are excellent choices), blade flurry plus adrenaline rush = imba time

Rogues are easy in PvE, very, very difficult to master in PvP but quite easy to scrub through it, all the same.

Keep it up, its worth it :)

Since S2 becomes honor gear tomorrow or wednesday for euro WoW you should hold onto your honor to buy the merciless gladiator gear

my hunter is just 69 now, should ding 70 by friday ;)

i have about 20k honor points saved up and loads of marks and im honoured with all the factions for the 100 gold pvp blue set.

do u think its better to spend the honor points on the merc xbow for 27k honor and buy the crappy set while i build my welfares up, or is it wiser to start buyinh the gear first.

i was thinking the blue pvp set and go for the xbow.

    any suggestions?

    sorry for hijackin the thread!

Don't mind these rogue noobs ;P

Combat swords for leveling is a way to go not the only way, frankley i found combat swords boring for levling and only used it when i was raiding.

I'll list some specs for you:

My leveling specc that i used mostly while leveling:

    Mutilate
    PVE
    http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/classes/rogue/talents.html?tal=3053201050221325010513022052010050000000000000000000000000000000000

    or
    PVP
    http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/classes/rogue/talents.html?tal=3053201050221325010510000000000000000000000005502030002300000000000

    The best combat raid specc:

    http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/classes/rogue/talents.html?tal=0053201054000000000003203050021050150023210510000000000000000000000

Or if your using daggers go with the pve mutilate, except max SnD instead of imp evade/sprint

    And the ST pvp build

    http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/classes/rogue/talents.html?tal=3053201050000000000000000000000000000000000005022531002301210501351

If you want imp gouge just take the points from imp evis and put them in gouge as you wont use evis that much, plus the + dmg isnt that great.

    Anyway, hope this helps :P

Thought it mighta just been arena points :o Dunno what way the pvp works in regard to the difference between bg & arena.

season two is now available for normal honor like the s1 gladiator set was.

season 4, brutal gladiator set will be avilable through arena points.

get atlas it includes all the gear and requirements etc.
