    I'm just wondering:

    a) Does Ryanair KNOW how crap their customer Service is and simply not give a sh1te.

    b) Not know how crap their customer service is because nobody can ever get through to the call centres.

    I ring the callcentre, I get disconnected, I ring the Internet Support (at an extortionate rate), I get disconnected....

    Infuriating is NOT The word.... so... what dya reckon ? A or B ???
