New Audi A7 to compete with MB CLS

    Looks like Audi is now joining the bandwagon of this new niche coupe saloon market following the CLS and most recently Passat CC:

    Styling isn't as vulgar as the CLS but still do we really need these crossover type vehicles?

    This is from Auto Express, so I'd guess these are artist's impressions, not photos. I'd imagine the roof is photoshopped from a Coupé-Cabriolet of some sort.

    Ah, I see. Well if they are only photoshops then I reckon this is a lot closer to what a production version will look like

    I seem to be one of the few who like these coupe-saloon crossover type cars, another fine example.. Looking forward to seeing this in the flesh!!

    The silver colour is ho-hum, but the whole thing its just so damn bland, especially compared to the last couple of generations of S4s. The S5 on the other hand is all kinds of awesome.

    Im not sure on the S4s engine, likely 3.0L V6 with either BiTurbos or Supercharged, 330+ BHP

    It's gorgeous...Audi have got the bit between the teeth now, they've got to up their standard specs on their other models soon though. Then i'd consider buying one
