    Where can I buy these? any site I've come across only allows an english style set-up. Thanks.

    Nope, don't have the county in Irish and break the "must not display anything else" rule with the circular thing where the German tax thingy goes.

    they are legal if your car is pre 91 where white on black lettering is acceptable. If you have numbers not fully joined though and some numbers like 4 and 9 have a gap, our bravest and finest might have a case.

    Put the norm ones on for the nct to save an argueement

    Yep although they're easier to read...not that that matters. I don't have the county name on mine though which I was going to try get put on but its a bit crushed up the top. The 'tax' stickers are only for show plates and I don't think theres anyone stupid enough to run them as street plates.

    I have them on mine... Just plain, simple, no fake german tax stickers or anything.. But I am missing the hyphens and county-in-irish. No problems with cops, touch wood. Personally I think they look smart and very legible.
