    American Football game

    We won 22-14. Good game. I only played special teams since I've been out for so long but really enjoyed it. Nothing like picking someone up and driving them into the ground :)

    Thoughts: Headed up to the gym to get some blood flowing after the game yesterday. Front squats felt nice and strong. I think that's a PB. It's been over a month since I've done any pressing and that's evident above. As soon as I get 182 x 3 x 15 I'm gonna switch to single calf leg raises as that's the max stack.Sprints went well. Legs started to cramp on the 5th one probably because of the squatting earlier. I enjoyed them as much as one can enjoy cardio.

    I'm gonna wait until June to change my program. I'll be able to put more thought into it when my exams are over anyway.
