Nirvana - Whingy, moany, pretentious bull... Lead singer that couldn't sing and was crap at guitar too.

Pearl Jam - Overrated. They try too hard to be 'hip' and 'cool' (having a spat with Ticketmaster is a case and point). They play sets littered with obscure covers (why? Is their own material too weak that they feel the need to pollute the live shows with covers???)

Steel Panther - Stupid... Way too OTT in their piss-taking. Was funny at first, but not now.

Muse are making technically decent but artistically void stadium filling rock pop.

Radiohead are trying to push the boundaries of what a traditional rock band set up can actually achieve, using whatever technology is available to them. They do it very well too. If you want to see how, go and research.

But.. Radiohead don't sound anything like Coldplay or Keane 0_0 Thom moans because of politicians not doing their part to cut down harmful emissions and people treating the world as if it's disposable. I don't know why anyone would disagree with that either. It'd take some feat of the ego.
