    Now that the season is upon us once again, has anyone been out yet. Know of any fish being caught on the east coast, preferable north of Dublin

    i wish! ill be heading the oppisite direction meself, south east is most productive area in my opinion

    Da's friend got one two evenings ago, 2lb, at Mizen, just behind the Golf Course.We got a good few last year down there, also at White Rock Killiney around the end of July

    I had one yesterday, approx 4lb (fish was released) from a mark north of Balbriggan.

    Sandeel did the trick on a rising tide.
