Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I am just wondering if it is possible to check a laptop to see the last time it was used? There is no internet history recorded but I need to know if it is being use when I am not here. Is there a menu or option I cna click on tto check times and dates it is in use?

I don't think there is an easy way to do that.
You can add a password to the laptop so it can't be used otherwise.

Do you want history or security?

the event logs should tell you.

right click my computer and select manage

expand event viewer and choose security

this will list all the successful logons in the past and hence answer your suspicions

thinks this works for xp home, defo for xp pro

I don't want to change the password as I would love to know if it is being used when out of offfice.

Not really a laptop problem, more a Windows problem.

    Moved from Laptops.
