buzzing coming from fuse board?

Hi, whenever i turn on an uplighter I have (300w) - installed on a lighting circuit with 5 amp plugs - the MCB on the fuse board starts buzzing. Should I be worrying about this? Should I replace the MCB or investige further. What causes the buzzing? thanks, J

yes you should be worried,

Over current, bad connections, faulty MCB etc are all possible causes for buzzing. You should get it check out, you may also need to split a circuit (if possible)
