    does the "terms and conditions" in a contract include the job title?

    Employement contract should state what your job title is and by whom you are employed plus the salary and other terms of employment e.g. probation, holiday entitlement. Usually some variation on what's included but job title would be one of the main things.

    Not sure what you mean by the terms and conditions though, is this attached to the contract or the contract itself?
