UK gives its assent to the Treaty

    After a vote in the House of Lords, the UK parliament has now given its formal seal of approval to the Treaty of Lisbon. This follows the text’s adoption by the House of Commons, the other chamber in the UK parliament, which voted on the text in March.

    Queen is supporter of EU, same as all royal families in Europe.

    Yer man was on Newsnight tonight saying even if the high court judgment goes against him he still has his options to appeal.

    Anybody want to take odds he does a David Kelly? Or crashes his car in a Paris underpass.
