    Axer i don't find it necessary to get into an argument with you just so i can voice my point. There is no need to take my comments personally.

    Once again my point is that the manager is there to manage the business and provide customer service. Not to rant and shout at the customer. The salon was in the wrong and therefore should have politely apologised to the customer which did not happen. Managers should never resort to abuse because a customer does not accept their decision. The OP was clearly far more offended at the managers rude attitude than at the lack of a discount.
