Hey all, Have a very nice apartment to share, no neighbours, new person will get the large bedroom, theres also a balcony. Very central, close to the park, and shops etc. But quite at night times. Definitely worth viewing. Rent is €375 a month. Would prefer, college graduate/professional please, mid 20's-30's. Would suit…

Hey all,

Have a very nice apartment to share, no neighbours, new person will get the large bedroom, theres also a balcony. Very central, close to the park, and shops etc. But quite at night times. Definitely worth viewing. Rent is €375 a month.
Would prefer, college graduate/professional please, mid 20's-30's. Would suit someone thinking of moving to Waterford.
