Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    OK, so it seems my weekend of GTA4 has been interrupted by the dreaded 3 red light issue. Managed to get it working using the towel trick.

    It was bought from PC World, need to dig out the receipt.

    Where do I go from here? MS will fix it for 3 years I think? It was only bought last year - date of manufacture is 2006 somewhere.

    Anyone know how long it takes etc?

    Ill read through that now. Are game profiles stored on the box or on the MS login service?

    Stored on the Hard drive, the grey thing on top of the xbox that can be taking off before sending your box back to MS.

    In a way they are stored on both. Because you can recover your gamertag from Xbox Live if something happens to your Harddrive. Takes roughly around an hour to recover it.
