Isn't there supposed to be a 28 Months Later?

I'm waiting for my Dad to go to bed then I'm going to see if there's any decent films on, failing that I'll settle for Southpark.

Apparently they;re thinkin of settin 28 Months Later in Russia.

I don't like Horror films but I've seen 28 Days Later and 28 Weeks Later.

    The first one's definitely better.

    Coneheads on Sci-Fi.

Lots of SNL folk from the early 90's, including the late great Phil Hartman. You may remember him from such shows as NewsRadio.

    Poor Phil...

Watching Ian Wright for some reason. Odious little bugger.

I was watching BBC News I was so bored. :P

I thought 28 weeks later was terrible, but not quite Uwe Boll terrible; characters you didn't care about, none of the suspense or theme of the original. A clear example of a good film dumbed down into a simple action movie for the masses of teenaged fanboys and, more importantly, profit.

However, to take it in context: I just watched Starship Troopers 3, 28 weeks later is a masterpiece by comparison.

i thought 28 weeks later was good... throught the score was great way better than 28 days later... made me visit london after watching it.... anyone think the girl was the same girl from skins?

I only remember the score from near the end of 28 days later being played several times throughout 28 weeks later. Must check it out again so.

28 Months later is currently a graphic novel. If they make it into a film no doubt it will suck like 28 weeks.

Starship Troopers 3 However is probably the single worst film ever made. And I include "Bridget Jones Diary" in that.

Starship Troopers 3 looks quite fun, though early word on THe Lost Boys 2 and X-Files 2 is that both films are atrocious and rank as two of the years worst films.

In a kinda strange coincidence I'm currently rewatching Dr Horrible for the 4th time today which stars a certain Neil Patrick Harris who was Colonel Carl Jenkins in the original Starship Troopers.

Believe me, Troopers 3 is not even good on the "Well, I can say I've seen it now" front. Its so bad it gave me gas.

Dr Horrible though does have a certain irresistable charm. Neil Patrick Harris does get around a lot (Troopers, Dougie Howzer, Harold & Kumar ... weird career).

And like the bulk of "reality" tv, more staged than the moon landings (which we all know were filmed on a soundstage at Mare Imbrium).

Wife swap US actually has a disclaimer at the start of each show to inform people that some stuff has been staged for dramtic effect.
