Some complex combinations of fixtures in the coming season that could see games moved, so always worth checking the latest info on here or on the official site.

I've tried to include every possible fixture clash, in some cases I've included CL matchdays as they have potential to see our own fixtures moved to a Sunday (or confirmed for a Saturday). I've also included the FA Cup 3rd Rd and Carling Cup SF 1st leg in January as the Carling semis are played on both Tuesday and Wednesday nights, and might impact on televised FA Cup games.

Remember: we may not reach the latter stages of some of the cup competitions, but that's not to say our opponents won't

December is particularly complicated, as holders of the CL ManYoo will be travelling to Japan to compete in the World Club Cup, meaning their CL 6th matchday in the group stages will clash with the 5th Rd of the Carling Cup, so if we advance to that stage and draw Utd the Carling Cup game will have to be moved.

The Carling Cup fixture could also be moved if we are scheduled to play on the 4th matchday of the UEFA Cup group stages.

Since Utd will be travelling to Japan for the Worl Club Cup, our home fixture on the 13th December could also potentially move, though last year Milan did not enter the tournament until the SF stage (4 days from the end) which might allow our league game to go ahead.

As always, do not book flights until you are sure a game will go ahead on the day in question!

Couple of updates, Carling Cup final confirmed :D plus dates for the Uefa Cup ties against Donetsk, with the away tie likely to be broadcast in the UK [station TBC]

    Uefa Cup vs Shaktar Donetsk

The away leg has been moved back to Thursday 19th Feb with a 6:45 GMT kick off, the move is due to broadcasting requirements as yet unconfirmed, but is an unusual enough time so is more than likely to be Ch5 or Setanta. Some details on the official club site here. Note, the Thomas Cook official trip has been cancelled due to poor interest [everyone is going with Sport Ops]

The home leg is an 8:00pm kick off on Thursday 26th Feb

Carling Cup final vs Man Utd

Will be a 3:00pm kick off on Sunday 1st March at Wembley, to be broadcast on Sky Sports 1. Looks like we will get a similar ticket allocation as last season's final, and we will be situated in the West End of the ground again link

Due to this game, our away fixture vs Sunderland is now postponed, with a new date TBC. Watch for FA Cup results this weekend, if both sides exit the Cup the prospect of the rearranged game taking place on a cup weekend is high. See above for subsequent cup weekends.

One game moved for TV coverage in March, vs Villa on the 15th.

Chelsea game can still be moved depending on how we fare against Shaktar next month.

Sunderland away rearranged for weekend of FA Cup 6th round (7th March)

ManYoo 25th April, 5:30 kick off for Setanta.

Lads, the weekend we are due to play Newcastle is the same weekend as the FA semi-finals. The three sides already through to the SFs (plus the Goons if they see off Hull) were all due to be televised in the PL that weekend, which means there's a chance our game against the Barcodes might be moved for broadcast.
