Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,
Just wondering if anyone can recommend any websites for buying genuine cheap software. I am looking for Windows Server 2003 Enterprise 32bit. I have saved nearly 1k recently buying SQL Server 05 Std from www.buycheapsoftware.com. Its possibly the best option for what Im looking for.
Came across www.softlean.com. Seems too good to be true  Has anyone ever used this?

if it's too good to be true it probably is :)
but yeah US prices were always cheaper and the dollar in freefall certainly helps

I would advise you to check with microsoft on the status of your existing licenses, from what I remember they are generally ok with honest mistakes as opposed to blatent pisstakes

This however is well dodgy Like the sites that say they aren't a pyramid scheme
MICROSOFT OEM CAN ONLY BE INSTALLED ON A NEW SYSTEM AND ONLY BY THE SYSTEM BUILDER.

How can you sell this software as OEM? It seems too good to be true - is there a catch?

There is no catch - the software versions that we sell are OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) which means you will receive the installation downloadable CD images only (they do not come in their original retail packing and do not include the manual). We do guarantee that all programs are the 100% full working retail versions - no demos or academic versions! When you order, you will receive all materials required for a complete installation - or your money back! Why pay hundreds of dollars more when you can get exactly the same but downloadable? You don't have to pay that much for the fancy box and manuals.
