Anyone know where I can get my hands on gelatine leaves in Dublin? Amy shop I have asked for them have looked at me like I have ten heads, which is unfair as I only have one.

Can Gelatine powder not be substituted in your recipe? or is it specifically leaves you are looking for? The powder is fairly common in most supermarkets and is used in a similar way and can be easily substituted in many recipies. As for Gelatine leaves, I havent seen these for retail in quite a while but I'm sure someone here knows where to get some.
