Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi there,

I’m a musician who is moving towards releasing his first album, which is recorded, mastered and ready for release.

I’m looking to put together a live act to tour the record and to take it from there. The types of musicians i admire are those who contribute in terms of style of play and overall sound without feeling the need to overpower the music (if that makes sense).

I’m interested in starting a band, a proper committment to take me and the other people through the next few years and then who knows. The more ideas you have, the better!

    www.myspace.com/flindersmusic or www.flinders.ie is where i’m at

I’m looking for people in the late 20s or early 30s bracket. I’m interested in acts like Elbow and The Notwist for both the music and atmospherics, if you look at the influences section of the myspace page, you’ll see where i’m coming from.

I don’t have my own rehersal space at the moment, but would put that top of the list of things to get.

If you can see where its going and are interested, please leave a message or email flinders@eircom.net.

    Thanks

    Flinders
