vpn client (netscreen remote) dll error

    Hi,

    I'm trying to install netscreen remote.
    After the install an error comes up saying

    The folllowing files did not self register or unregister.
    c:\windows\system32\IreBase.dll
    Unspecified error.

    I can get into Netscreen Log Viewer (no errors) and connection manager,
    but if I click on netscreen remote, nothing happens.

    I'm using Windows Vista.
    If anyone has come across this before I'd appreciate any feedback.
    And apologies if this is the wrong forum, mods please move if you think appropriate.
