Yeah, the Charters are at the top of every forum.

"Sticky" threads are threads that stay at the top, never move from there.

They usually have important stuff in them, like rules of the forum etc.

You have been here almost a year, surely you have noticed them? You should read the stickys at the top of a forum before you post in it to check the rules.

Some rules apply over every forum though, like the two that you broke.

Well I lived on Dublin's northside for a while (for longer than I lived on the southside). It could be MDCD - then concerns such as the above would be obliterated.
