Homebond plumbing

I bought a newly built apartment in a D4 complex in 2005. It was covered by Homebond.
There were electronic water pressure pumps installed in each apartment to
channel the cold water to the taps.
In the vast majority of the apartments in the complex, these water pumps failed and needed repair or replacement. As the builders chose a very cheap pressure pump from a company that has since gone out of business, they cannot be repaired, they need to be replaced. Probably very expensively.
Is this issue covered by Homebond?
