Ampeg 115 bass cab has a buzzz (its new) speaker gone ?

Hello All, Just got my brand new ampeg 115 bass cab, pluged it in and right from the off theres a buzz when i play any thing from A to E. Anyother notes are perfect !!!. So the question is... is there something lose or is the speaer cone gone ?

Hello All,
