bookmarks lost

i am using firefox for a while, i downloaded the latest version, i have lost some links which are badly needed, the bookmarks never transfered, is there any way of finding them, i use ccleaner almost daily, thanks in advance.

Go to C:\Documents and Settings\<namehere>\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<profilehere>\bookmarksbackup and see if it is there.

Hmmm, in your profile folder. Dunno if ccleaner will have nuked them or not.
