    Think this say's it all and should put an end to the discussion of it altogether here:
    A spokesperson for the SEC, John McDonnell, confirmed that they were looking into the allegation but as far as they're concerned it's a "spurious" claim.

    "Based on previous experience, we have a lot of these claims every year and we've never had any hard evidence," he said.

    "The supervisors are very experienced and they're well aware of technologies and what people would be trying.

    "They're teachers dealing with kids day in and day out so they know what they might try.

    "We'd need hard evidence of it to back it up," he said adding, "We've nothing to go on."

    As well as this there is an account under the same name on a Casio calculator website which allows you to download programmes for these banned calculators.
