IPCOP - OpenVPN Endpoint (small org)

    I have been asked to deploy a VPN solution with effectively 0 budget.

    Here is what i have come up with
    • IPCOP on old hardware 900mhz p4 with 512mb ram
    • 2 X 100mbs nics (no DMZ)
    • 2 X Road warriors
    • 2 X other offices
    The purpose of this is to allow database access only so load will be extremely light on outbound internet.

    • Anyone have any experience or problems with this type of setup?
    • Should i be doing something differently?
    • Can anyone suggest a better approach?
    • Has anyone done this and had it work flawlessly for x days/months/years?

    Thanks in advance if i don't hear any better suggestions ill have this (fingers crossed) up and running over the weekend.
