    Deadlifts

    Chins:
    1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7

    Overhead triceps:
    3 x 19kg

    Tri pushdowns:
    8/6/5 x 22kg

    BW: 70.0kg, and I'd like to not drop below that ever again!
