    Has anybody go a text from meteor today? Not the satisfaction one but a different one. If you got it you prob know what im on about.

    Anybody hooked up their phone to a laptop and use as a modem?

    I have a K800i tried both cable and bluetooth, It sets up the network connection but wont connect?

    Anybody any ideas or success.

    Yes. This was using my phone as a modem.

    Are you sure you set it up correctly?



    You should be dialling *99# with
    +CGDCONT=,,"isp.mymeteor.ie"
    
    as the modem initialization strings.

    Username: my
    Password: isp

    I have tried to use my N73 as a bluetooth modem with my laptop on Vista. I have added +CGDCONT=,,"isp.mymeteor.ie" and am dialing *99# and using my and isp and user and pass. this is the error i am getting, anyone any ideas?

    Have you tried changing the PPP settings in vista?

    mine are the same, I think it may be a vista issue. Been trying all night to get it working!
