Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    bit of a change in training once again,was freezing me arse off doing weights at home so decided to join the local gym,still doing the 5*5 programme,the only real difference is now im using olympic bar instead of the ordinary bars i have at home.

    Still plan on doing weights once a week at home where ill be squatting and using my dipping station a few times a week,hopefully being in the gym will motivate me further.

    lose a bit of weight really and gain muscle,basically just get fitter so i can have more energy so when my kids start running around ill be well able to run after them
