    It's probably not a great idea. I haven't heard of this brand but the really cheap eBay racers tend to get less than glowing reviews. Having said that the actual spec on that bike is reasonable for the price.

    At the same time, I'd consider something like this (with the free delivery, won't cost that much more) or even better, try to pick an entry-level racer up second-hand (likes of the Trek 1000, Specialized Allez, Giant SCR, etc.)

    The 2nd hand option is my preferred choice, I just want to be cycling something right now!
