Contacting the RSA

With all this talk of licence crackdowns, has anyone actually managed to contact the RSA?

I'm looking to speak with someone in terms of getting notification of a test date that was supposed to be rescheduled.

Any time I phone the "24 hours a day, 7 days a week" number, 1890 406040, it just rings out. I've tried a few other numbers as well but no luck this week.

What am I supposed to do? Email is pointless, I've had no responses. I could write them another letter, but its a lot of effort for it to just disappear along with my other attempts.

I managed to get through on a few occasions, was just lucky i guess.
I think the number you've quoted above is office hours only too.

i keep trying to ring too and i cant get through at all its always engaged!

really need a date before the law changes..

Quoting from previous letters I've received from the RSA:
"Our cancellation voicemail service at LoCall 1890 406040 operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week".

Anytime I phone the number it doesn't even ring, let alone allow you to leave a voicemail.

everytime i have tried to ring im just getting "beep beep beep" what is there problem!!!:(

Its Monday morning now, and they're still not answering. What a great system!

also i have tried to apply online and the page just freezes!!!!!!!:mad:
