Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi all, just completing plans for a single story extension to my house, we’ve most things decided on but cannot decide on putting the downstairs WC under the stairs where it will be a very very small WC, or spending a fair bit extra and knocking into the garage and ‘reclaiming’ maybe 25% of the garage space for a good sized downstairs bathroom. (garage is used for nothing apart from a bit of storage)
    Any suggestions gratefully received!

Down to your personal choice really and of course your budget.
A small wc under the stairs is better than nothing at all. I assume this is retro fit. Why go to the expense and mess of including the garage?

Might make more sense to convert garage to other habital use, office, bedroom, den etc to add value.
