    can someone please help me here.
    I have a Sony DAV-DZ230 Home Theatre system.
    An i bought some HD Movies but when i put them in
    they don't play???

    can anyone help me here i taught it was a hd player as it has hdmi on the dvd player.

    any advise here????

    Having a HDMI port does not mean it can play HD movies! You have bought a home cinema system with a standard DVD player.

    You could sell them on adverts. What hd dvds are they if you dont mind me asking

    ok i bought an xbox 360 hd dvd player anyone know how i can hook this
    up to my speakers on my sony home entertainment centre?
