8 teams in a league...so how come theres 32 in the boards.ie league ? Will it be split into different devisions ?

No idea to be honest, the deadline was set for tonight but the lad is signed, sealed and straight into the starting eleven.

Yep it'll be Division's 1 to 5 with probably a 3 up, 3 down system. For the first season the leagues will probably be done on a first come, first serve thing i.e. the first 8 teams that signed up go in Division 1 and so forth.

The places in the leagues will be entirely random. X11 does not put the first x in the top division or use the X11 rankings to determine it.

Hmm. I cant seem to sign anyone. The asking price is always way less than the estimated value. I offer the asking price and then they dont want to join and the asking price goes up. It wont let me put in a second bid.

it works like ebay

bid the highest youre willing to pay for the player for your first bid, if nobody has a higher max bid, your starting bid will be the lowest high unique bid. when anyone else bids itll up your bid until their bid passes yours out and they become the top bidder

I think it will be fine. If it gets really big we could just use the 1:2 or 1:3 league system.

Its pretty easy really. Once the games start you'll see how easy it is. I had no clue of anything for my first season and still finished 3rd in the league.

Well assuming the leagues are 8 man divisions. then its 8 weeks in total for a season. There will be a couple of weeks pre season before we start into the next season. 3 teams promoted and 3 teams relegated between divisions each season
