    The team relay consists on a team of 3 riders. The only restriction is that you can have a maximum of 1 elite rider per team.

    Prices are as follows:

    Online Sign on:
    - Team Relay & NPS €20
    - Team Relay only €5
    - NPS only €15
    - under 14's down are free if signed on online.

    Sign On at the event:

    - Team relay €10
    - NPS €20
    - under 14's down €5

    Cycling Ireland licences are required. Day licences available for €15 which will cover both events.

    How long is the course ? I hear it's a straight forward course, suitable for a beginner noob. This true ?

    The course is probably the best course in the country for your first race - definitley suit noob

    It's mostly flowy single track, and any of the technical bits will have easy chicken runs.
