On the 13th of March 2007 a €27.5 million upgrade of Waterford Airport was announced. Over the next two years the money will be spent on extending the runway, building a new passenger terminal capable of handling one million passengers a year

Anyone aware of any progress on these?

Well the apron was extended prior to this summer as well as the 2nd Rosenbaeur Panther fire appliance being purchased with the rest (terminal upgrade, Taxiway & Runway invprovements) due to commence this autum as far as I know
