bad workmanship

    guys

    the mother in law got her drive cobble locked back in November. a few days ago she noticed grass/weeds popping up. I've also noticed a depression in the slabs were the right hand side wheels of the car are usually resting.

    She has tried to call the numbers on the invoice and she gets a prerecorded (i assume from eircom) message saying the number is not in service.

    I suggested she write a registered letter to the address on the receipt and if she gets no response take it to the small claims, any other ideas?
