Not sure about current year Skodas - but any more that a year or two old and it most likely won't have it.

Stereo controls were and are an option(And a pretty dear one at that, a couple of hundred euro or thereabouts) on the octavia.Its a fairly common option.Although, i have to say the stereo in the new octavia has big buttons and is very accesible as it is pointing up at the driver and i dont think its worth it as an option
