Hi. I got a recipe the other day for low carb oven "fried" chicken that needs pork rinds to cover the chicken instead of breadcrumbs. I think these are the sort of thing you can buy in English pubs and not the Bacon Fries we get here. Any idea where I can get them here? Do Aldi or Lidl stock them? I've been on the low carb…

I've been on the low carb for two weeks and am down the better part of a stone so I want to keep at it for another while and this recipe sounds perfect as I'm a bit too fond of the old KFC.
