    Hi my partner and i are looking at setting up a franchise sandwich bar
    im worn out driving around looking at locations .
    any boardises know of a place that is severly lacking in lunch time facilities.

    Leopardstown.

    It's about a ten minute walk from Sandyford Luas stop.

    The nearest shops, or anywhere to buy food that isn't from the canteens in the buildings in SCBP, are about twenty minutes walk away.

    I worked in SCBP for about a year, and always reckoned any kind of sandwich bar/snack shop/spar with a deli etc would do great business in there.

    Dont think there is much around Broomhill ind est /Airton Road. Short of a statoil . there is a Mace near though but lots of units surrounding it.

    By the way, if you decide to set up a sandwich bar, please provide Tuna Mayo without fúcking sweetcorn in it.
