Dealers in north sorting VRT ??

Has anyone dealt with a dealer in the north who also arranged VRT. I can remember a dealer on carzone who quoted 2 prices for the car they were selling, one for sale as it was. and a second price if they also sorted out the VRT themselves before selling to you. Has anyone dealt with a dealer in the north who also arranged VRT. I can remember a dealer on carzone who quoted 2 prices for the car they were selling, one for sale as it was. and a second price if they also sorted out the VRT themselves before selling to you. Think they were based in Monaghan. The price was also much lower than anything comparable in the south.
This would save some extra hassle...

Anybody experience of similar dealers?
