    Hello!

First thing that might be good though - could you put a redirect so that when you type in http://richersounds.ie/ it goes to the www.richersounds.ie? Try the first link and you'll see the problem.

    Noticed that myself.

Also, using the menu at top of Boards.ie page, when you hover over Biz, then ...Commercial Interaction, Richersounds isn't there. Don't know who to report this one to. Also, big welcome to Richersounds.

Hi Guys, I can't believe you guys got a chance to post on our new Forum before I did!

That's what happens when you have to work I guess...

As some of you will know I am pretty new to Boards having joined years ago, but really never posted until last month so if we screw up - apologies in advance!

We have established this Commercial forum as we don't want to mislead Boardies in any way by posting in other forums as a 'friend' or a 'Customer' as I understand many of our Competitors do.I will try to continue to answer posts in various threads but as we always have we will declare our interest.

Our intention here is to give Boardies exclusive deals and news of forthcoming VIP deals - we will try to post these several times a week and these deals may be for 1 unit or 1000 units!

We also offer assistance on all AV queries whether or not you have purchased from us - if we can help we will do - just try us.

Our 1st offer to Boardies made last week is free delivery on all Hifi Separates and 1/2 price specialist Courier delivery on Plasma & LCD TV (£20/€24.99) to anywhere in Ireland.

Yesterdays deal was a corker - The Philips DAB Radio AJ5100 which retails at €99 - we are offering this at €29.99 exclusively to Boards.ie members - unfortunately as we lose our shirts on this we have to charge €9.99 carriage on this - but you can collect carriage free from The Philips Shop in Dublin or Richer Sounds Belfast. Just drop us a mail to sales@richersounds.ie or to johnmc@richersounds.ie and we will sort out your order...

    Nice Onkyo deal coming tomorrow.....

Please mail me or PM me directly if you have any queries or if we can assist in any way...

    Oh wow!

    Happy you got a forum!

    Now we wait the offers!

Best of luck with it guys.

That happens whenever a new forum is created. It usually appears in the drop down after the back up.

How long do the deals last? Is the DAB radio one still live?

Delighted to see richersounds.ie on Boards:)

Nice one to have RicherSounds here.
Going by the thread in Bargain Alerts, it looks like we may finally have a Hi-Fi/AV champion of the people. About time too I say.

This forum is a win-win situation for Boardsies and Richersounds. We get great deals and they get more customers. Don't know why others don't follow. Perhaps the Boards management should develop this area of the forum a bit more and they'd make some money out of it too. The only downside would be some companies trying to hawk junk or advertise their known "offers". I'd put in the caveat that Boardsies should get some kind of reduction like Richersounds free delivery on everything bar tvs.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 59 ✭✭Tattoosnob

I agree it's definitely a win-win for everyone involved, 25 Euro delivery for TV's, can't argue with that, great prices can't argue with that either, but how do they rate for customer service, if you have a problem with a product esp. a large item (e.g. TV) how will this be dealt with, this is as far as I'm concerned a very important part of any purchase esp. when you're maybe spending thousands of Euro in a shop in an other country. I'm sure richersounds will be fine in this regard as they have taken a very honest and open approach on these forums.
I'm already spreading the word about richersounds to anyone who will listen to me...and look forward to using them myself at some point.

John Mc also runs the Philips Store here in Dublin and I believe you can use that as a collection/drop off point for goods and returns.

Was it ever there? It can take a few days for a new forum. We should make them work the weekends!

Nope it was there before. I assume that whatever updating/upgrading went on today has caused this.

    Hi John,
I spoke with Kenny about a set of KEF IQ5's. Would they be free delivery to Republic? If not what would cost be?

    Thanks,

Thanks for the Post & give me a shout if we can be of any assistance,
